


Creamy Chicken & Rice Casserole
A simple, five-ingredient creamy casserole made with seasoned rice & pasta blend, tender chicken, cream of chicken, and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs Knorr Chicken Flavored Rice & Pasta Blend
- 1 (10oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
Seasonings that you can use in this dish
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 TBS dried minced onion
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place both packets of the Knorr rice & pasta blend in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add the cream of chicken soup and the chicken broth, then whisk until well combined.

Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer on top of the rice mixture.

Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken to taste. The suggested blend is black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried minced onion.

Top everything with the shredded cheddar cheese.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked, the rice is tender, and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
