Today’s Avocado Chicken Wraps are tasty, healthy, and simple to prepare. My family loved them so much I packed leftovers for lunch the next day.

I’m building more healthy recipes on my site. While there are plenty of easy dinner ideas, desserts, and breads, I want to add more meals that are both quick and nutritious. Wraps make an ideal quick option—fast to assemble, portable, and satisfying.

With a busy schedule, I don’t have time for elaborate meals that pile up dishes. This recipe is straightforward and practical for everyday meals yet still feels fresh and wholesome.

Nutrition
Recipe slightly adapted from Family Fresh Meals.
I used whole wheat tortillas that are low in calories and hold up well for wraps. They also freeze nicely if you want to stock up.
These wraps held up well in lunch boxes the next day; the avocado didn’t brown after one night in my experience. I haven’t tested longer storage, but getting two meals out of this batch worked great for our family.
