We’re back in Auburn and excited for the game today. Yesterday we took a peaceful run on a quiet road and the fall foliage was simply breathtaking — exactly the kind of refresh we needed. Afterward the girls spent the afternoon shopping and we discovered some lovely Christmas decorations. For dinner we had a small tailgate gathering, and one of the starters was this unforgettable salsa.
We had intended to save this salsa for game day, but it disappeared quickly — and with good reason. It’s bold, spicy, and full of heat, just how we like it here.
