This recipe works beautifully for entertaining. Make the lemon ricotta a day ahead and chill it, then assemble the crostini just before serving. Alternatively, arrange components on a platter and let guests build their own bruschetta. For ease, serve the coarsely ground black pepper in a small dish so everyone can add as much as they like. It’s a delightful way to showcase ripe summer peaches.
